Training and Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of our Training Program, assisting in determining training solutions that support strict performance and quality standards. This position will train other staff members, as well as assess their ability to perform tasks proficiently.
The Specialist may train in manufacturing spaces which may require the use of safety and personal protection clothing and footwear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training solutions that meet the needs of our staff members.
- Train staff members on various topics, including GMP manufacturing environments, processes and controls.
- Assess the ability of staff members to perform tasks proficiently.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop training content.
- Utilize ADDIE instructional design model to design and develop training programs.
- Deliver training sessions in a classroom setting.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education or training and development.
- Intermediate skills in design, development, and implementation of training, utilizing ADDIE instructional design model.
- High level of experience delivering and assessing training.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Requires a high level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate information clearly to facilitate effective learning.
- This position requires speaking in classroom settings.
- Requires strong interpersonal skills which enable appropriate collaboration with trainees, colleagues, and subject-matter experts.
- Ability to work in an aseptic environment requiring successful completion of qualification program.
