Job Title: Training and Development Professional

Purpose and Scope:
The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation of the Training Program at Axelon Services Corporation. The Specialist assists in determining training solutions that support strict performance and quality standards. This position trains other staff members, as well as assesses their ability to perform tasks proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization
- Train staff members on various topics, including GMP manufacturing environments, processes, and controls
- Assess staff members' ability to perform tasks proficiently
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop training content

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Education, or equivalent experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
- Intermediate skills in design, development, and implementation of training, utilizing the ADDIE instructional design model
- High level of experience delivering and assessing training
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate information clearly
