- Ensure timely and accurate verification and distribution of automotive parts in line with operational procedures, facilitating efficient repairs.
- Receive, tag, and distribute parts promptly upon arrival or by designated times for overnight shipments.
- Confirm the accuracy of parts through mirror matching.
- Organize parts into designated carts/containers and deliver them to respective workstations.
- Manage the posting and scanning of parts.
- Handle returns and reorders for incorrect or damaged items.
- Monitor the status of incomplete orders (including backorders and credits) and follow up as needed.
- Execute urgent parts deliveries as required.
- Maintain zero pending credits.
- Keep the workspace clean and systematically organized.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Preferred knowledge of automotive parts.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
In this role, employees are regularly required to use their hands and communicate effectively. The position often involves standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. Occasionally, reaching and moving objects weighing up to 20 pounds may be necessary. Specific vision capabilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The physical demands outlined are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
