Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that concession stands and surrounding areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regularly sweep and mop floors to adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
  2. Operate large cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors.
  3. Clean work surfaces, including tables, walls, and refrigerators, as assigned.
  4. Properly segregate and dispose of trash and waste in designated containers.
  5. Steam clean or wash out garbage receptacles as needed.
  6. Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation equipment.
  7. Safely transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  8. Assist with setting up banquet tables and front-of-house arrangements as requested.
  9. Help with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
  10. Distribute supplies and equipment as necessary.
  11. Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
