Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our E-Commerce team. This role will support the acquisition of new customers through paid channels, including TikTok, Pinterest, Native, and other digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution and optimization of Vuori's acquisition marketing objectives in relevant paid channels.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition team to coordinate creative requests and project management within Asana.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly channel performance reporting.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our acquisition strategy through iterative testing and learning.
  • Streamline influencer content by partnering with internal teams.
  • Support creative briefings for digital ads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Analytically minded and creative thinker.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with Asana or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Reporting and analytics experience in Google Sheets or Excel is a plus.
  • Experience with creative briefings or similar responsibilities is a plus.
  • Experience working with external partners or influencers is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels or certifications from platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, or TikTok is a plus.
  • Analytics experience and certification is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $25 per hour - $27 per hour.
