About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our team at Total Wine & More. As a Retail Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to develop knowledge and skills to provide customers with expert recommendations.
  • Replenish and maintain inventory, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a wine and spirits environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
