Position Overview:

The Strategy Team Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational management of client requirements and plays a pivotal role in guiding the Strategy team. This position reports directly to either the Associate Director of Strategy or the Director of Strategy.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position, necessitating three days of in-office presence each week. Specific details regarding the role and any required accommodations will be discussed during the interview process.

Your Contributions:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the role of various media channels within strategic plans.
  • Enhance your proficiency in diverse media research tools.
  • Support the Director of Strategy and the Vice President of Strategy.
  • Oversee a team of direct reports, focusing on:
    • Onboarding new team members
    • Performance evaluations
    • Training processes and resources
    • Delegating team responsibilities
    • Ensuring the quality of team deliverables
    • Coaching the team to meet client and agency expectations
  • Manage multiple client accounts, transitioning between them to perform the following tasks:
    • Provide initial insights on media strategies
    • Offer input to clients to help define their marketing priorities
    • Establish daily relationships with clients regarding assigned brands
    • Oversee the overall media strategy, approach, and planning for each account
    • Manage the media channel mix and initial budget allocations, providing rationale
    • Represent the interests of other capability teams in meetings with clients and agency partners
    • Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure strategic alignment of deliverables with client needs
    • Encourage continuous improvement for yourself, your team, and client deliverables
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and organic growth efforts as needed.
