We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for Acquisition Strategies to join our team, focusing on a critical contract supporting the Air Force Division. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing, which serves as the primary technical authority for electronic warfare (EW) support for various combat platforms.
Location: Eglin AFB, FL
Employment Type: Full Time
Travel Requirements: 5% CONUS/OCONUS TDYs
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- DAIWA Level II or equivalent in Program Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Air Force instructions and operational procedures.
- Proven capability to identify and analyze issues, conduct research, summarize findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operational experience in electronic warfare on any Combat Air Forces platform.
- Completion of professional military education, such as Air Command and Staff College or Senior NCO Academy.
- Experience in RF integration, electromagnetic spectrum management, antenna design, and digital signal processing, along with knowledge of EW systems development and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and development of Project Management directives and operational requirement documents to support EW system enhancements.
- Provide recommendations on critical operational issues and program objectives, including the development of designs and proposed schedules.
- Support working groups and technical reviews, including project management reviews and design reviews.
- Participate in program meetings, offering insights on technical and functional processes.
- Prepare and present technical status briefings to document progress and address challenges.
- Support other EW projects as needed, including the development of mission guides and analytical reports.
