Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of student accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely communication regarding outstanding balances.
  • Outreach: Proactively contact students and families to discuss account balances and offer assistance in understanding their financial options.
  • Payment Solutions: Present payment options to families, including payment plans, extensions of due dates, holds on accounts, and deferments.

Our team works closely with other departments, including financial aid, billing, and student services, to provide comprehensive support to students and families. We maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing student and family inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
