Job Summary

Autism Allies is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing implementation, development, supervision, and supervision of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee programming and directly supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) while working with clients.
  • Model and train BTs on programs and behavioral strategies.
  • Develop and monitor quality programming by observing its implementation and providing feedback.
  • Adjust programming on a regular basis to meet each client's individual needs.
  • Implement parent training and oversight, including regular meetings with caregivers to introduce and review programs.
  • Provide case management, including analysis of program and behavior data, writing curriculum and intervention plans, and researching programming ideas.
  • Create and implement curriculum and programming to fit individual client needs.
  • Provide modeling and hands-on training to BTs on programming, skill development, and behavioral strategies.
  • Track and report billable hours for insurance providers.
  • Participate in the intake process for potential clients, including parent interviews, direct behavioral observations, and conducting assessments.
  • Evaluate Behavior Technician performance and recommend personnel actions.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BACB Certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
  • LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst).
  • Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of assessments and evaluations related to ABA services.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis.
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets.

Working Conditions

Work performed in an office environment, clinical center, and client homes. Travel to client homes to provide services.

Physical Requirements

Required to sit for long periods of time; use of hands and arms to complete tasks; may need to walk or stand in the course of work as well as light to medium levels of lifting of supplies or equipment.
