BCBA Supervisor Job Description

At Autism Behavioral Center, we are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a BCBA Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our team of Behavior Technicians and providing clinical supervision to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for working with individuals with ASD, and a commitment to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with ABA coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide ongoing documentation and feedback to ensure compliance with insurance requirements
  • Design and implement individualized skill acquisition plans
  • Educate parents and staff about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • Valid BCBA license
  • At least 3 years of experience in ABA
  • Experience working with parents and families
  • Strong administrative and clinical skills
