Position Overview
The role requires a strong commitment to guide and develop a team of structural engineers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all operations related to Building Envelope, Structural Systems, Due Diligence, and Building and Code Compliance.
- Manage projects, conduct technical report evaluations, prepare proposals, and oversee departmental and group-related Profit & Loss.
- Support marketing efforts by fostering and developing client relationships.
- Lead marketing and business development initiatives within this sector.
- Engage with senior team members while mentoring junior staff.
- Ensure quality control, review reports, and manage projects associated with building facilities.
- Assist in recruiting and maintaining sufficient staffing levels within your group.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program is preferred.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in facilities consulting is required.
