Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of a Lou Malnati's Pizzeria carryout location. This includes supervising team members, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members in all aspects of the business, including customer service, food preparation, and cash handling.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure excellent customer service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Manage cash handling and banking procedures, including balancing cash drawers and making deposits.
• Supervise and manage the carryout operations, including scheduling team members and managing inventory.
• Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
• Collaborate with other managers and staff to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of restaurant experience, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
