Job Opportunity at FullSteam

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our financial team at FullSteam. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and transparency in our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post journal entries to maintain a comprehensive record of business transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports in accordance with company guidelines
  • Review and update financial data in databases to ensure timely and accurate information
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to senior accountants
  • Collaborate with senior accountants on monthly/yearly closings and other accounting projects
  • Participate in the annual audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a junior accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good understanding of financial reporting principles and practices
