Physician Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician to join our team at Community Health Program Inc. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and continuing care to our patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the practice call schedule to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain board certification and all other required certifications, including BLS and PALS.
  • Manage patient medical records within the electronic health record in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Submit patient charges in a timely and efficient way.
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of Community Health Program Inc.
  • Be a community ambassador for our organization.
  • Abide by all human resource policies, including those related to professional behavior.
  • Participate in practice and organizational meetings and events in a positive, collaborative, and supportive manner.
  • Be a supportive and collaborative practice partner.
  • Provide constructive guidance and feedback to colleagues and organization.
  • Participate in the peer review program.
  • Supervise colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited residency.
  • Licensing through the USMLE.
  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
  • Specialty board certification or obtaining such within one year of hire.
