Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Financial/Operations Analyst to join our team at Russell Tobin, a leading staffing and workforce solutions firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting cost analysis, determining financial status, and performing month-end client valuation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cost analysis on financial programs and operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Determine financial status and analyze forecast results to inform business decisions.
  • Perform month-end client valuation for assigned funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Research and assess offshore and domestic fund options to optimize investment strategies.
  • Resolve accounting errors in a timely and documented manner.
  • Prepare profit and loss models to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or 6-24 months of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and analysis skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to drive business decisions.
