Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure that all client needs are met.
- Assist clients with certificates of insurance, applications, cancellations, and other client requests.
- Liaise with carriers to problem-solve and resolve client issues.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of agency systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivation and accountability.
