Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the essential operational methodologies, communication frameworks, and standards utilized by the Global Content Operations team, promoting a cohesive strategy that leverages our worldwide capabilities.
  • Manage the GCO knowledge repository and ticketing systems; Ensure that content remains current and that tickets are monitored within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and distinct milestones; Establish regular practices for project oversight and prioritization of workflows, tools, or processes that address the business requirements of our stakeholders and users.
  • Lead the support for the global content platform, nurturing a collaborative environment and a user-centric mindset across our international operations.
  • Implement procedures to guarantee that our team, systems, and partners consistently fulfill their SLAs.
  • Direct projects aimed at integrating new technologies, applications, and partner workflows into our platform, aligning with our goals for ongoing enhancement and improvement of our services.
  • Forge strong partnerships with infrastructure and technical teams, cultivating a profound understanding of standards and methodologies for technology deployment.
  • Establish benchmarks for system documentation and knowledge dissemination.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly in areas related to Media/Digital Asset Management, Cloud, and On-Premise deployments.
  • Proven expertise in managing daily operations with vendors and support providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs in the deployment of Media Asset Management workflows across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Significant experience with globally distributed technology infrastructures and teams, especially in infrastructure, engineering, and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; sound judgment and the ability to engage with various levels of management and teams.
  • Capability to produce detailed technical documentation, user guides, and user acceptance testing specifications.
  • Self-motivated; proactive with a tendency to take initiative.
  • Extensive knowledge of SOAP, REST, JMS, and PUB/SUB patterns; Solid understanding of Java SE, Java EE, XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPath, and JSON technologies.
  • Expertise in Notion, AirTable, and Tableau.
  • Enthusiastic about exploring innovative technologies and creative solutions to implement advanced processes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience with integrations involving M.A.M., D.A.M., CMS, and VCMS platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging streaming media technologies, including MPEG 4 AVC, HEVC, HLS, MPEG-DASH, MPEG 2, UDP, RTMP, and H.265.
  • Experience with the Iconik Media Management system.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams.
