Shift: Second
Work Hours: 2 PM - 12:30 AM
Education: No Degree Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain work orders from your supervisor.
  • Verify the bill of materials for descriptions, quantities, and necessary components to assemble the product.
  • Carefully follow the routing and report labor against the correct sequence.
  • Review work orders for any special instructions.
  • Request production assembly drawings when necessary.
  • Inspect all components as they are utilized.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of flanges using a .0015" feeler gauge, ensuring compliance with depth specifications.
  • Check for defects such as porosity, torn threads, and missing features according to routing instructions.
  • Lubricate all specified threaded areas.
  • Remove any nonconforming or questionable materials to designated areas until further evaluation.

Essential Functions:

  • Wear steel-toed footwear.
  • Be prepared to work up to 10 hours of overtime weekly.
