Responsibilities:

  • Create an inviting and stimulating classroom atmosphere for young learners.
  • Encourage a passion for discovery by implementing our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, which guides the development of engaging educational activities.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's progress and experiences through various channels.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with families and colleagues, fostering a vibrant learning environment.
  • Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a professional teaching capacity.
  • A High School Diploma/GED is required; college coursework in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices is essential.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred.
  • Must comply with state-specific requirements for the position.
