We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience - Bushwick.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom, modeling behaviors and providing feedback.
  • Responsible for overall classroom management, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children in a way that meets their unique needs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Support the center's success, partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of working with children and early childcare.
  • High school diploma or GED (Assistant teachers)
  • Lead teachers position - Associates in early childcare/CDA and study plan.
  • Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelors degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.

Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
