We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Admissions Counselor to join our team at North Carolina Central University. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated geographic territory to recruit a diverse and talented group of students to our university.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and recruit prospective students in a designated market
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment goals
- Conduct office-based contact with students and parents via mail and phone
- Plan and arrange regional and local travel to promote the university
- Assist with on-campus visitation programs, campus tours, and yield activities
- Bachelor's degree
- Outstanding public speaking, oral, and written skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
