Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at BlackHawk Industrial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our industrial products and services to customers, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within our established trading partners.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Competent with computer software, including ERP systems and CRM tools.
