ManTech is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Technician I to join our dynamic team in Chesapeake, VA. This position requires a strong background in leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, identify, annotate, and enter research information into a computer database
  • Identify maintenance requirements for mechanical and electrical equipment

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience with data entry and manipulating spreadsheets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs & Gmail

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current and active Secret security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
  • May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment
