Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
