Job Opportunity: Construction Intern

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Construction Interns. As a Construction Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction field and work closely with our experienced project managers and engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in managing construction projects, including all phases from bidding to final completion.
  • Perform tasks such as quantity take-off, layout, preconstruction/as-built surveys, shop drawing review/approval, and submittal review/approval.
  • Interfacing with subcontractors and suppliers, attending weekly progress meetings, and assisting with coordinating work between the owner, architect, and subcontractors.
  • Assist with reviewing construction documents and specifications, and maintaining field records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by project managers and engineers.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with software such as Primavera, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
