Financial Operations Manager TS/SCI

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to lead a DoD program based in the nation's capital. This position will be fully onsite in our Washington DC office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial and acquisition program management services to support program managers with day-to-day management of complex, multi-million-dollar naval warfighter capability programs.
  • Serve as a principal advisor for planning, budgeting, contract management, configuration management, and other business management for multiple projects.
  • Develop program acquisition and financial management documentation to support the full lifecycle of program contract actions.
  • Offer technical and financial expertise to support R&D requirements definition, procurement packages, development, coordination, execution, and technology transition.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting DOD/Intelligence finance or acquisition, programs, or offices.
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating SOWs, CDRLs, J&As, and other program contractual documents.
  • Experience with budget submissions for the DoD PPBE process.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
