Our client is seeking a Deputy Program Manager who will provide daily onsite operational support to the Treasury's Foreign Intelligence Network (TFIN). The successful candidate will lead a midsize team and demonstrate a mix of leadership, customer relations, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison with the customer and COR, maintaining strong customer relations.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics to support operational requirements across multiple buildings and worksites.
  • Provide leadership for team, fostering a one-team mentality across multiple subcontractor teams.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, data calls, and other client reports.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project management documents, such as Risk Management Plans, Risk Registers, and Issue Logs.
  • Manage multiple projects in a critical, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Lead and manage a midsize team, maximizing performance and reducing turnover.
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships, including with subcontractor leadership.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI reading within the past 12 months.
  • Must be a US Citizen, and all immediate family members and household members must also be US Citizens.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management education; PMP Certification or Agile required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience, including managing an IT data center, service desk, and network operations center.
  • Demonstrated experience with configuration management and requirements management.
  • Familiarity with federal government agency and NIST policies and procedures for data center operations.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess superior organizational skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing compliance with license agreements.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) capabilities.
  • Fluency with MSProject, Visio, and SharePoint.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree with at least 7 years of experience in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Current MCSE Certification preferred but will consider other current certifications.
Technical Experience:
  • Windows server products (Windows Server OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and SharePoint).
  • Current VMware applications.
  • Systems Administration on current operating systems in the Windows server family.
  • Network print server management and support.
  • Server hardware deployment, management, maintenance, and repair.
  • Microsoft Exchange Server management and support.
  • Scripting in VBscript, PowerShell, cmd/batch.
  • Software packaging, distribution, and deployment management.
  • Imaging – building and maintaining desktop images, virtual machine images, and driver updates.
  • IT disaster recovery and continuity of operations planning.
  • IT Security protection, detection, analysis, and response, prevention, intrusion detection/monitoring, data access security, identity management, cryptographic technologies, group policy (Linux and Windows), NetApp, Citrix VDI.
  • Recommended certifications in MCSA 2008 R2 or MCSA 2012 VCP, Citrix Certified Administrator.
