Job Overview

Citizens is seeking a skilled Private Client Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management group, you will be responsible for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client relationship building. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored financial plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality wealth management practice, providing personalized financial planning and investment advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and centers of influence to drive client introductions and engagement.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, promoting Citizens' wealth management capabilities to clients and prospects.
  • Grow existing relationships through strategic partnership referrals and tailored wealth management planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and specialists to deliver a range of services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
Requirements
  • Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid licenses.
  • A valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record in new business development and client book management.
  • Proven experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
  • Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
