Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing service team, including advisors and technicians.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and coworkers through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Drive departmental financial success by creating and managing annual sales and service budgets, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain factory standards for warranty claims and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain a customer follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Set departmental goals and objectives, measure progress, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer training requirements and manage shop productivity, labor hours, cost of sale, and operating expenses to achieve profitability.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of management experience in a GM dealership.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Successful experience in automotive retail management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid and clean driver's license.
  • Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays when necessary.
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
