Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Burn Trauma Surgical ICU team at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH). As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure optimal care outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • 2 years of med/surge experience required.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
