Job Title: Quality Program Manager - Registered Nurse - Trauma/Burn Program

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Quality Program Manager for the Trauma and Burn Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate quality and safety data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Design and manage projects to improve patient care and safety, including education and outreach activities.
  • Work closely with the Nursing Director to promote quality outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in emergency room and ICU nursing, with a focus on trauma and burn care.
  • Database management and analysis experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare quality measurement, reporting, and improvement.
  • Previous leadership or project management experience, including statistical concepts and applications.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of current professional nursing theory, practice, and skills, with a focus on trauma and emergency surgery.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of administrative and interdisciplinary clinical staff.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and institutional policies governing clinical research.
