Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Burn Trauma Surgical ICU team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • 2 years of med/surge experience required
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
