Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in ensuring a top-notch customer experience with various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Accurately managing standard operating procedures for all customer transactions, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and ensuring the security of cash and other negotiable items.
  • Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to assist customers and addressing any inquiries or needs they may have.
  • Supporting merchandise replenishment, store organization, cleanliness, and monitoring of stock and fitting room areas.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product information, point-of-sale instructions, promotional offers, and advertisements.
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies, and distinguish between various fabric patterns and colors.
