We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize accessibility, integrity, and quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in Fremont, CA
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the emotional and psychological needs of children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
  • Independent license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, with a focus on specialty populations (e.g., couples therapy, trauma)
  • Comfort working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)
