Key Responsibilities:- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in Fremont, CA
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address the emotional and psychological needs of clients
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Meet with clients individually or in groups to assess their needs and develop a treatment plan
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Must have one of the following independent licenses in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
- Must have experience working with children and adolescents, and be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations
- Experience providing counseling to children and adolescents, and/or play therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive compensation package, up to $125,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
