Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. This role will involve providing a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions, working with clients of all ages and populations. The ideal candidate will have experience in child and adolescent therapy and be comfortable working with individuals, couples, and families.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients individually or in groups to assess their emotional and psychological needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client concerns
  • Provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients to express themselves
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a specialty area such as play therapy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems
