We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in San Jose, CA
  • Assess emotional and psychological needs and develop treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families
  • Meet with clients to discuss their progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Must have one of the following independent licenses in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must have experience working with children and adolescents, and be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing counseling to children and adolescents, and/or play therapy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
