Strategic Talent Business Partner for GTM Success

We're seeking a Lead People Business Partner to collaborate with our GTM teams. Strategic business partners at Webflow align people strategies with company objectives and mission, leveraging their expertise in talent management, performance, engagement, workforce planning, and employee relations.

- This role offers a competitive salary, tailored to reflect labor costs in different geographic markets. The base pay range is divided into zones based on regional differences. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by factors such as job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $179,000 and $251,500, depending on location and individual circumstances.
As a Lead People Business Partner, you'll work closely with Directors and other stakeholders to:
- Align our teams and talent to support Webflow's strategic goals
- Design and execute HR initiatives that promote company success
- Deliver data-driven insights to inform talent decisions
- Collaborate with managers to foster an environment where employees can excel
You'll also play a key role in supporting the Webflow team, addressing employee relations, and bringing a big-picture perspective to day-to-day people work.
