Customer Success Manager for EdTech

Avela is revolutionizing the education landscape with its platform that simplifies the process of finding and applying to educational programming for students and families. For schools and districts, it streamlines operations and increases enrollment and revenue.
Job DescriptionThis Account Manager role plays a critical part in helping Avela achieve its mission by managing and renewing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the education sector, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to manage and renew customer accounts.
- Work closely with district leaders to implement Avela's platform and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure successful account implementation.
- A minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue/retention goals.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, sales operations, and full funnel management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- $100,000-$120,000 OTE salary range.
