Job Description

This Account Manager role plays a critical part in helping Avela achieve its mission by managing and renewing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the education sector, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to manage and renew customer accounts.
  • Work closely with district leaders to implement Avela's platform and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure successful account implementation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue/retention goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, sales operations, and full funnel management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
What We Offer
  • $100,000-$120,000 OTE salary range.
