We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Seasonal Night Auditor to join our team at Custer State Park Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all posting and cash handling, as well as providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities
  • Accommodate resort guests by performing various duties, including providing excellent guest service, performing checks and balances, and conducting security checks.
  • Operate computerized guest accounting systems, credit card machines, and other office equipment.
  • Responsible for the appearance of the front desk and lobby area, ensuring a clean and uncluttered workspace.
  • Greets, registers, and assigns rooms or cabins to guests, issues room keys, and handles guest inquiries.
  • Computes bills, collects payments, and makes changes for guests.
  • Works closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to monitor room/cabin status.
Requirements
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with basic problems.
  • Ability to recognize and reason through basic posting problems or errors.
  • Physical requirements include grasping, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, listening, and hearing abilities, as well as visual acuity.
