Job Title: Seasonal Night Auditor

Job Summary:

Custer State Park Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Seasonal Night Auditor to join our team. As a Seasonal Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions, maintaining the security of the front desk area, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Accurately process all financial transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams.
  • Security: Maintain the security of the front desk area, including handling guest valuables and ensuring the safe and secure storage of sensitive documents.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or auditing role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Visual Demands: Ability to see and read documents, including financial reports and guest information.
