About the Role:

Prolifics is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and closing new client business, meeting and exceeding assigned quota, and building territory revenue.

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.

You will work closely with our Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless sales cycles and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and close new accounts through individual initiative and leveraging marketing and technical support teams
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned quota
  • Build and manage a pipeline of quality targets, providing solutions that combine software and services in mid-market and large-scale enterprise accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with key offerings within the Prolifics portfolio and industry best practices to effectively position our technology in front of clients
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience selling to target domains: Retail, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, or SLED
  • Proven track record of success managing a large territory, demand generation, strategic territory and account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and effective communication via sales presentation skills
  • Strong sales acumen with significant experience in consultative selling and in-depth understanding of sales process and cycle for technical solutions
Compensation and Benefits:

Prolifics offers a comprehensive suite of benefits to our colleagues, including a range of benefits to maintain good health, wellness, and financial security. We provide a reasonable range of compensation, but exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base salary $100,000 USD per annum + uncapped commission structure. Expected targets M.
