{"Job Title": "Employee Benefits Account Executive", "Job Summary": "We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team at Harrison Gray Search and Consulting LLC. This role is responsible for obtaining new business, supporting clients as the primary contact, and providing day-to-day service. The Account Executive will work closely with clients, carriers, and other vendors to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

* Market renewals on a timely basis, communicating with clients and carriers during the renewal process.
* Establish working relationships with clients, carriers, and other vendors.
* Respond to client inquiries in a timely fashion, providing coverage information and documentation as needed.
* Provide support to clients concerning technology, HR, and compliance issues.
* Support clients' open enrollment meetings as requested.
* Develop and present for clients/employee base as required.
* Maintain relationships with carriers/providers while monitoring the market for new products and/or trends.
* Provide referrals to other departments.
* Work with P&C producers to expand lines of client coverage to EB.
* Negotiate renewals to achieve the best possible coverage for clients.
* Serve as a technical resource for Client Service Administrators.
* Maintain knowledge of company requirements, policy provisions, and any changes to laws as applicable.
* Participate in/direct any special projects and/or training at management's request.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Expertise in Employee Benefits/Life Coverage and Underwriting.
* 3+ years' experience with Employee Benefits coverages.
* Carrier or broker experience preferred.
* Must have Life Producer's license.
