Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression, GS-7
  • Experience analyzing, evaluating, and making recommendations to problems affecting large websites
  • Experience planning and analyzing policy in the assessment and improvement of management processes and systems
  • Experience using web publishing technologies to create and publish content using a WYSIWYG editor or equivalent
  • Experience with web best practices, including user experience, responsive platforms, and accessibility standards

You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows: a Master's or equivalent graduate degree in a related field of study at an accredited college or university.

OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a degree in a related field of study.
