Your role will involve identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with influencers across diverse social media platforms, negotiating distinctive partnerships, and assessing the effectiveness of each campaign. Your creativity, strong communication abilities, and talent for recognizing influential voices in the digital realm will be essential in amplifying the Yellowbird® brand and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that reflect Yellowbird®'s brand voice and objectives, from inception to implementation.
  • Conducting research to identify suitable influencers within the food, health and wellness, and creative entertainment sectors.
  • Initiating, cultivating, and managing influencer relationships, including daily communication and negotiation of both short-term and long-term partnerships.
  • Overseeing and developing a Product Seeding Program to boost awareness, foster relationships, and explore potential influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive integration of influencer marketing with other marketing efforts.
  • Evaluating and reporting on campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to refine future influencer marketing strategies.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to maintain a leading edge in influencer marketing.

Essential Skills:

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with a range of influential creators, from micro to macro.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven experience managing influencer budgets, content, and tracking return on investment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencers, and digital marketing trends.
  • Successful track record of executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with influencers.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for identifying engaging and authentic content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret content data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
  • Experience with content creation and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to adapt influencer strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Filmmaking, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the packaged food industry is a plus.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the Yellowbird® brand and the plant-based, real food movement.
