Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist guests with any technical issues or concerns
  • Load and refill tickets in redemption games
  • Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas
  • Conduct merchandise inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Review and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games
  • Assist with daily maintenance and organization of the tech room and storage areas
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required
  • Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
