Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team in Cranberry Township, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and expand share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.
  • Proactively generate leads and appointments, both inside and outside of the branch, to deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners, including PNCI, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, to identify and leverage resources that meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience management, leveraging advanced conversation skills to tailor solutions aligned with customer needs and solve problems with urgency and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to identify mass affluent and business banking opportunities, and work closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet with business clients.
Requirements
  • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience, or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as effective communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
