Job Title: Relationship Banker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at PNC. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.
• Lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation.
• Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Work across a broad range of ecosystem partners, including PNCI, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
• Identify the resource or team of resources best equipped to meet customer needs and introduce the client accordingly.
• Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow up.
• Customer experience management.
• Act as an advocate for mass affluent clients and prospects across product, support, operations or other departments within PNC.
• Work with branch staff to help them identify mass affluent and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet with business clients.

Requirements:

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
