Key Responsibilities:- Guest Arrival and Departure: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, assist with the check-in and check-out process, and provide information about the hotel's amenities.
- Luggage Assistance: Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly, and offer assistance with carrying luggage and provide information about room features.
- Valet Parking: Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles, safely drive and park vehicles, and adhere to company and safety standards.
- Guest Services: Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, and maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments.
- Safety and Security: Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly, adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
- Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
